Thank you for your purchase. We hope you're satisfied with your order. If you encounter any size issues or receive a defective item, you can return it for a refund or exchange per our return policy below. To facilitate the process, please provide clear pictures and videos, particularly while wearing the item.
Notice: **No Returns Accepted Due to Personal Reasons or Color change**

We hope this message finds you well. We want to take a moment to inform you that, effective immediately, our store will not be accepting returns due to personal reasons or Color change.
We understand that there are times when items may not meet your expectations, but unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for personal reasons such as change of mind or preference or color change.
- In the event that you receive an Empty Box, we will process a replacement order for you. However, please note that No Refund will be issued for the original order.
- All other standard return and exchange policies apply.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the Delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at help.peoplejewl2@gmail.com to confirm order number. After confirming return, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Please Note
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
