Returns
General Guidelines
- All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Combos and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Prepare the Package
- Place the item securely in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and take pictures or videos of the product packaging before handing it over to the delivery person.

- If a return pickup is not available, the customer is responsible for sending the package to our address via courier.

Return Charges
- A ₹200 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow at least 7–10 days from the receipt of the item for processing.
- A delivery charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) must be included.

Partial Payments Are Non-Refundable
Any partial payment amounts such as ₹99, ₹149, or ₹499 are strictly non-refundable. Please double-check all payment details before proceeding.
No Returns Accepted for Personal Reasons or Color Change
Returns due to personal reasons such as change of mind, preference, or color change will not be accepted.
Empty Box Orders
- In cases where an empty box is received, we will process a replacement order.
- No refunds will be issued for the original order.
